"The Weir Strachan & Henshaw Graduate Training Scheme provides me with the opportunity to take part in a wide variety of engineering roles, so I can decide which is the best for me before undertaking my professional placement in the third and fourth years. Also, the option to complete both site and manufacturing placements will give me a wider understanding of engineering as a whole, rather than being confined to desk-based projects."
