Accounts Assistant - Richmond / Hybrid - Up to £35k
A great opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Assistant to lead the day-to-day accounts activities for a great company in Richmond.
- Maintain sales and purchase ledger
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations
- Record and reconcile company credit cards and petty cash
- Process payments and financial documents
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT and other tax returns
- Posting and processing staff expenses
- To assist with month end journals, accruals, and prepayments,
- Assist Finance Manager with the preparation of annual budgets and income-expenditure patterns
Experience required:
- Part qualified or above AAT, ACCA or CIMA
- Experience in a similar accounting role
- Experience working Independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly organised
