Associate - 12-month training programme - Supply Chain background - Up to £40k
Do you have a master's with 2+ years' experience within a supply chain environment? Are you a self-starter with entrepreneurial flair and a keen interest in the supply chain industry?
A dynamic and entrepreneurial supply chain, pricing and financing services company are looking for Associates to join their exceptional 12-month training programme
This is a structured training program intended to develop the future talent of the organisation.
You will have the opportunity to spend time across various departments including: Trading, Trade Finance, Advisory, Derivatives, and Operations, allowing you to build relationships across the business,
During the 12 months you will familiarise yourself with the business, develop your communication and negotiation skills as well as take on exciting new projects. During the training period you will be assigned a mentor to ensure you are getting the most out of the program and to ensure that you are given the opportunity to transfer your learning into the workplace.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Fluency in English plus either Spanish, Italian or Arabic.
- Leadership, presentation and negotiation skills
- Creative intuition and analytical aptitude, coming up with ideas and executing them
- Ideal characteristics:
- Master's degree
