Finance Manager - Richmond - Up to £70k

An amazing opportunity for an experienced finance manager to join this expanding company. They provide data analytics services to the retail industry with global offices and a plan to grow substantially over the coming years.

This role would suit someone who has experience with process improvements, system implementations - specifically SAP and consolidations.

Role:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day finance function including receivables, payables and Group VAT.
  • Full ownership of the P&L, cashflow and balance sheet process.
  • Manage the delivery of consolidated monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Manage the transactional finance team of 2 including AP clerk and assistant management accountant
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis to the board, banks and investors.
  • Continuously develop and implement quality, relevant financial reporting to the board and the wider business.
  • Fully manage cash/working capital and prepare short-term cash flow forecast.
  • Assist in implementation of an ERP system - SAP Business ByDesign.
  • Assist in the annual budget and prepare the annual statutory accounts and associated tax filings.
  • Manage tax compliance (UK and overseas).
  • Review staff payroll (UK and overseas).
  • Liaise with auditors and HMRC.

Experience required:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years in a similar role
  • Process improvement experience including system implementation ideally SAP
  • Consolidation experience, used to dealing with international entities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with other departments.
  • Positive attitude, flexible and team player.
  • Highly driven and motivated, with an eye for continuous improvement.
